Bespoke Art Commissions

Turn a special place, person or memory into a one-of-a-kind work of art.

Looking for something truly personal? Commission an original artwork created especially for you.

Whether it’s a treasured family portrait, a favourite mountain landscape or the place that holds a special memory, I create bespoke artwork designed to capture what makes it meaningful to you.

Working from your photographs, ideas or memories, I can create your commission in a range of artistic styles and mediums, including watercolour, oil, acrylic and original block printing. Every piece is individually created, making it a unique artwork that you will not find anywhere else.

'The choosen greens work really well in the room…lots of beautiful light coming from the centre of the art work. The dark trunks was the correct way to go….really effective! Well done Philippa.. you cracked it again… really pleased with it’

Landscapes that bring back a feeling

Perhaps there is a mountain that you love, a favourite hiking view, a special holiday destination or a place that feels like home.

I can transform your photograph or favourite landscape into an original artwork, capturing not just the scenery but the light, atmosphere and feeling of the place. My Alpine landscape commissions are particularly popular for ski chalets, second homes, hotels and mountain interiors.

Choose from atmospheric watercolour, expressive oils or acrylics, or the distinctive texture and character of an original block print.

Portraits with personality

A commissioned portrait is more than a likeness — it is a way to capture the character, emotion and story of someone special.

I create portraits of people, children and families, working from photographs to create a beautiful and lasting piece of art. A bespoke portrait makes a thoughtful wedding, birthday or anniversary gift, or a meaningful artwork for your own home.

Your artwork, created for you

Every commission begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your ideas, photographs, preferred medium, size and the style you are looking for. I will then create an artwork designed to work beautifully within your home or interior.

From a meaningful portrait to a landscape that takes you back to your favourite place, your commission will be created especially for you.
